ACT 4: Speech & Drama

STUDENTS LOVE OUR THEMES! Our learning themes provide a rich mix of stories, songs, drama and art. One or two class sessions are actually trips to Arts performances and tours in Singapore or your child's in-class performance!

Learning Outcomes:

1) Promote confidence and improve speech and communication skills

"I am not afraid to speak in front of a lot of people anymore."
Lee Ming, 9 years old

2) Unique & Interactive Learning Stations

ACTs of life's dynamic, interactive classes stretch each child's potential for learning!

Students move through interactive learning stations that are updated as our themes change. There is something for every child-- from ages 2.5 to 8years!

Children actively explore ARTsy stations: Mozart s Music Station, Lea Salonga s Performance Station, Shakespeare s Reading Station, Monet s Art Station, and more.

3) Provide hands-on opportunities to learn more about the Arts and History through field trips and concerts

" The cello was very big. I want to play music in the orchestra, too!" William, 5 years old

4) Develop a love for reading by exposing children to great authors and outstanding children’s literature

"I do not think Shakespeare is difficult anymore." Stephanie, 11 years old

5)Provide dramatic experiences by acting out stories and music

"It's fun in so many ways. I get to be Puck and cast a spell over someone. Finally, I tell the audience that the story is no more real than a dream." Adrian, 11 years old

and more!
